It was very important that this excitement was duplicated in the new workplace. Composed of mostly sales, all the team members sit in open benching. The atmosphere in the Yelp NYC office has always been a rowdy one. By offering filters (such as borough, neighborhood, restaurant, cuisine), and with over 77 million local reviews, Yelpers create easily navigated and comfortable communities within massive cities. In a dense city of millions like New York, the myriad options for virtually any service are dizzying. Yelp has become a peerless leader in helping city-dwellers answer the question of “Where to go?” The company has established itself as the go-to mobile app to guide people of all ages, in cities across the world, to explore the best of what their communities have to offer.
